Events Platform of Rotary International District 3780
The Events Platform of Rotary International District 3780 is the official digital hub designed to power, manage, and scale impactful district events.
Built to support Rotary Year 2026–2027 and its theme “Create Lasting Impact,” this platform enables Rotary and Rotaract clubs, district leaders, and partners to seamlessly organize, promote, and participate in meaningful activities that transform communities.
Our Purpose
Rotary District 3780 is a dynamic network of clubs dedicated to humanitarian service, leadership development, and community transformation within Quezon City.
This platform exists to strengthen that mission by providing a centralized, efficient, and scalable system for:
- Event creation and management
- Online registration and participant tracking
- Seamless communication with attendees
- Data-driven insights for better planning and impact
By digitizing event operations, we empower clubs and district leaders to focus less on logistics—and more on service, fellowship, and impact.
What We Support
This platform supports a wide range of district and club activities, including:
- District flagship events (District Induction, Mid-Year Conferences, Recognition Nights)
- Leadership and training programs (PELS, DTLS, CLLS, RYLA)
